Hosting an event is about curating an experience. As an MC or host, Intikana will intentionally set the tone and mood for the day or evening. He is able to communicate professionally with various performing artists while keeping the flow of the show going. Intikana has hosted many events throughout New York City and beyond. For two years, he hosted Casita Maria Center For Arts & Education's Annual Block Party in The South Bronx. Intikana has hosted open mics, poetry slams, and various events. The first event series Intikana ever organized and hosted was called "The Epicenter" which featured headlining artists such as Immortal Technique, Lauren Whitehead, and many local talents. Intikana has organized and hosted his own NYC based event series called Bronx RBG, Brooklyn RBG, and Manhattan RBG. He has produced and hosted his own project release parties and concerts. He has hosted many community events at institutions such as Columbia University, Bronx Museum Of The Arts, Harlem Stage, and many more.
